Perozo began her hospitality career as a front desk agent while pursuing her Hospitality Management degree at Florida State University. After graduating, she moved to Orlando and joined The Orlando World Center Marriott, where she spent four years overseeing the Front Office, Food and Beverage, and Recreation departments.

In 2014, Perozo took on the role of Restaurant Manager at the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, Florida. Her impressive work with the event team led to a promotion to Executive Meetings Manager, where she excelled in forecasting and event planning. Her outstanding performance earned her the President’s Circle award for the highest Event Satisfaction & Planning Score, igniting her passion for event management.

In 2019, Perozo became part of the opening team for the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida, where she served as Event Manager, Banquet Manager, and Set Up Manager, handling the planning and execution of all group events.

In June 2021, Perozo transitioned to Asheville, North Carolina, to work as a CSM at the historic Omni Grove Park Inn. At Grove Park, she managed events of all sizes and achieved the highest Banquet Revenue on the events team.

Now based in Asheville, Perozo has a deep appreciation for the mountains and all things nature.
