During her tenure as Executive Meetings Manager of Events at Bellagio in Las Vegas, Jader significantly enhanced the VIP experience. She employed innovative strategies to understand client requirements, thereby enhancing the Bellagio Flagship touch and securing contracted bookings.

Before joining Bellagio, Jader held prestigious concierge roles at Four Seasons and Circa Las Vegas, honing her Forbes skills in luxury guest experiences, service delivery, and event coordination.

Currently pursuing postgraduate studies at the International University of Monaco, Jader is working towards her MSc in Business Research Methods with a specialization in Event Management, alongside a PhD in International Business Administration.
